The role:
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for capturing and analysing “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes models and capturing the business requirements to ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. You will ensure requirements are captured and addressed in the transition of the service from Project to Business As usual whilst providing Business Analysis functions at the Program level, as and when required.
Additionally, you will contribute to an effective client focused team and work collaboratively to initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience performing business analysis activities within ICT projects preferably in the health care industry. You will also have experience in capturing and analysing “As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models across large organisations
