Key Job Summary:
We are seeking a Clinical Educator to coordinate student placements and support the onboarding of students at our Parramatta Medicare Mental Health Centre.

Job Overview
* Coordinate student placements for Occupational Therapy, Psychology, and Social Work
* Support student onboarding, induction, and field supervision
* Provide task supervision, mentorship, and support to clinicians as needed
* Develop and facilitate internal clinical education and training for Stride staff
* Lead therapeutic group Community of Practice
* Participate in research and evaluation activities
* Work collaboratively on workforce development plans
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
* Board Approved Supervisor status
* Demonstrated experience in providing education and mentoring in healthcare settings
* Clinical/reflective practice supervision skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Organisational skills with prioritisation and time management
* WWCC and NDIS worker screening clearance eligibility
