Clerk Grade 11/12, ($139,787– $ 161,663) plus super and annual leave loading About the Agency The NSW Reconstruction Authority is a statutory corporation that will improve how NSW plans for disasters and ensure that we recover from them faster. To reduce the severity and impacts of disasters, the NSW Reconstruction Authority will complete critical planning and preparation with communities, businesses and government. When disaster does strike, we will get recovery started swiftly and coordinate reconstruction efforts across agencies, communities and other stakeholders. About the role The Program Manager leads business planning, coordination, governance, and ensures successful project execution through budget and risk management, progress tracking, and reporting and stakeholder communication for the Resilient Lands Program. As the successful Program Manager, you will: Develop, implement and maintain a program management framework across multiple project teams Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships through on time program-level reporting Proactively manage risk and optimise program efficiency and effectiveness Develop, roll-out and maintain a program file structure and advocate for information management practices About you High calibre candidates will have: Substantial experience of managing the coordination of a portfolio of projects in a dynamic complex organisation. Sound experience in program and / or project management in a complex and nuanced environment and a solid understanding of how to build capability and support others in adopting project management approaches that enhance delivery of project outcomes. Experience in facilitating and supporting multi-disciplined stakeholders. Openness in learning and establishing new systems and processes, supported by a solid attention to detail.
