Baker 307 Bay Street, Brighton Le sands, 2216 Job description We are looking for experienced and passionate Baker to fill our full-time position.This is a great opportunity to work within a growing and established bakery.Your Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Preparing, baking and producing all products of bread.Must look at production and calculate ingredients and timing for products to be baked and ready for packing and distribution.Adjusting timing and speed settings for mixing or blending equipment so that the components are mixed and cooked according to the recipe.Preparing custom-made rolls, specialty breads etc Keep track of food supply and place orders as required Cleaning, dismantling, and storing all baking equipment including: ovens, mixers, proofer, floors, freezer and refrigerators Ensuring an appropriate supply of all prepared products as well as proper storage and refrigeration Training new staff where directed.· Inspect facilities or equipment for regulatory compliance.We are seeking someone with At least two years relevant work experience Certificate III in baking preffered Experience in training and developing the team members and apprentices to meet the production targets Experience in meeting daily production requirements Experience in ordering and planning for daily production requirements An ability or experience in creating new and different baked products using fresh produce ingredients would be an advantage in this role.What we provide: Excellent pay for the right candidate.A promising chance for job advancement.Excellent systems and equipment, as well as fantastic operational support.The successful applicant will be required to work a rotating roster, including early mornings and some weekends.If you feel you have the necessary skills, please apply by email.Salary ; $74000 to $76000
