We operate in an agile environment which provides opportunities to work across prioritized projects requiring reward expertise across multi-disciplinary teams.About the roleKey responsibilities of the role include:Designing and delivering strategic, market competitive performance and reward frameworks, solutions and advice across both Australia and our offshore locations in Europe, Asia, India, and the US.Providing consultative performance and reward advice across key, prioritized projects.Providing innovative performance and reward solutions that meet emerging business needs and regulatory requirements.Identifying and proposing effective appropriate changes and enhancements to existing performance and reward frameworks to meet internal and external needs.Providing advice on internal and external market performance and reward trends.Delivering performance and remuneration education and coaching across the HR community.Maintaining an in-depth knowledge and commercial understanding of performance and reward (including Human Resources more broadly).Identifying and responding to emerging trends impacting the Group's performance and reward strategies and frameworks in Australia and internationally.About youYou have built some great experience and established credibility as a Reward Consultant or Manager across one or more of these disciplines:Reward consulting and advisory.Reward design and delivery.And you are now ready for your next step!If you are interested in a Performance and Reward Manager role at CBA across any of the reward disciplines outlined above, we would love to hear from you!CBA is Australia's largest listed organization and we have a large, diverse team that supports our scale.
