The wellbeing of our residents and clients is at the heart of all we do.About the RoleThe Registered Nurse is responsible for:Coordinating clinical staff in designated area during each shift.Maintaining and promoting the delivery of quality care of aged care residents according to the Aged Care Standards and good practice.Collecting and reporting information and completing assessments to assist with the formation and review of nursing care plans and funding submissions for each resident.Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships within the service and with members of the external health care team.It is essential that applicants have at least 12 months post-graduate Australian aged care experience.Applicants must possess AHPRA (nursing) registration and have similar experience providing exceptional service to aged care residents. Knowledge of current issues relating to the aged care industry is essential, as is computer literacy.
