We operate throughout Australia and across the globe to support the Australian Defence Force (ADF) wherever, whenever and whatever its challenges may be.About the OPPORTUNITYOur Health Usage and Monitoring Systems (HUMS) production team have a vacancy for a Data Processing Analyst (Routine Processor) to join on a part-time ongoing basis, working on site at RAAF Base Williamtown on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 16 hours per week. This opportunity sits within the Aerospace organisation based in Williamtown, NSW and reports into the HUMS Sustainment Lead, as part of a team of 4 to commence early 2025.The Data Processing Analyst will collect, process, and analyse flight data and create reports to support engine and airframe life management for the RAAF. This role is essential in ensuring accurate and timely delivery of fatigue reports to the RAAF, in line with contract deliverables and SLA requirements.Key RESPONSIBILITIESCollect and extract fast jet flight data from RAAF operational units and maintenance databases.Create engine and airframe life usage reports using established software tools and systems.Prepare these reports for sharing with the RAAF on a weekly basis to support their operational planning and aircraft fatigue management.Ensure all reports are finalised for review within a set deadline.Support the Hawk Lead-In Fighter aircraft and opportunity to also support Super Hornet and Growler aircraft in a similar capacity as required.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth delivery of accurate information and reporting.About YOUExperience in receiving, extracting, and processing data to develop reports.Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work under your own initiative.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.Ability to deliver to strict weekly deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues.Strong experience working with software tools and systems.Australian Citizen with ability to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Mandatory)Certificate or Diploma in Administration or related field (Highly Desirable)Applicant Eligibility & Security ClearancesThis position requires the successful applicant to undergo and complete a security clearance.
