Day-to-Day in the Role:
* Work with a great team to support specific health needs.
* Lead and promote OT services.
* Show the ability to create and provide human based, personalised OT services.
* Work closely with clients and families to create therapy plans.
* Present reports and thorough assessments.
* Manage and address questions, concerns, or requests from clients that are private, confidential, and emotionally delicate.
* Help bring in new clients and meet targets.
* Mentor and support junior team members.
Ideal Candidate will:
* Be AHPRA registered.
* Have completed a higher education qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Be able to prove their skills in designing and implementing strategies, processes, and systems in a disability context.
* Have leadership experience.
* Demonstrate ability to develop plans, practices, and procedures.
* Have experience working with people with disabilities and their different support needs.
* Display excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on problem-solving and negotiation.
* Have the ability to work independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team.
* Have Neuro-Rehabilitation experience (preferred).
