You will be an employment lawyer at the 3-5 year level acting for Respondents.
Your new role
Will see you being able to carve out your own pathway – advising businesses in all aspects of the employment relationship. Akin to in-house due to the commercial aspect. Assist with day-to-day advice, investigations and litigation. Work closely with two former top-tier trained Partners from international law firms, a former top-tier trained Consultant (a great mentor who is also a trained mediator), a Lawyer and a Practice Manager.
Your diverse client base (large and small) will be in the media, finance, education, telecommunications, retail and hospitality industries.
