Job Description
* Customer Service & Administrative Support:
o Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
o Manage and send email communications, including payment failure and promotional emails.
o Update biweekly timesheets and assist with general administrative tasks.
* Social Media & Sales Support:
o Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and track performance on social media platforms.
o Conduct market research to support sales strategies and business growth.
o Assist with label management and subscription updates.
* Ad Hoc Tasks:
o Handle additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the role.
Must Haves
* Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
* Strong background in Customer Service, with a focus on handling email inquiries effectively and professionally.
* Experience in administrative tasks and data entry, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy.
* High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
* Social media management experience.
Home Office Requirements
