Join the team at Ramsay Clinic Northside and help us make a real difference.About The RoleAs a Maintenance Officer, you'll be the go-to person for all things maintenance. From planned tasks and general maintenance to unexpected repairs, you'll ensure our facilities are in top shape. You'll work closely with our Director of Finance and Support Services and collaborate with preferred suppliers to keep everything running smoothly, in line with health and safety regulations and in line with or exceeding Australian Standards, ensuring all work at the clinic is completed by contractors within the planned budget and timely.In this dynamic role, you will undertake all assigned maintenance duties, including work related to general hospital maintenance, both planned and reactive maintenance, be responsible for the management of maintenance contractors undertaking works on site and the completion of compliance and safety audits.Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in this full-time role you will be a positive and effective team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop productive relationships with contractors, colleagues and customers. You will have the ability to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and work is carried out in a tidy safe manner.You will be able to provide a comprehensive maintenance service that complies with legislative standards, corporate policy guidelines and approved Hospital budgets. Experience with a building management system and other IT knowledge including the Microsoft Office suite is highly regarded.You will also demonstrate:Maturity in the workplace to get the job done whilst also focusing on health and safety practices.The ability to work on your own initiative and identify any areas for improvement that may be needed.Relevant trade qualification or certificate.About UsRamsay Clinic Northside, a purpose-built, state of the art mental health facility with 137 single rooms, day services and on-site consulting suites.
