Take responsibility for a large mining-based customer ledger (predominantly), where you will be tasked with all collections, allocations, and reconciliation of accounts for that ledger. Following up on claims and general enquiries will also form part of the role responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a service-oriented person, who prides themselves on their ability to develop strong, positive, successful business relationships with customers and stakeholders, and who enjoys considering themselves as a Business Partner to their customer base.
