As a Back of House Assistant, you will work in partnership with the leadership team to ensure optimal preparedness for the customer experience.
You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, organising stock and identifying areas of opportunity for the stores operations and allocation teams, As a Back of House Assistant, you will have a close attention to detail, are tech savvy, with exceptional time management and organisational skills.
What you will do:
Support in supply management - preventing overage, inventory management and accuracy through RFID and stock management systems Responsible for merchandise handling including execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor ready standards and maintenance of customer goods Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and efficient stockroom.
Work closely with sales team and management to determine the most efficient stockroom layout Keep in compliance with all store/company policies and procedures and meet expectations as defined on Store Process Dashboard Performs any other task as assigned by management Who you are:
Strong organisational and logistics skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Team oriented Ability to lift, bend and carry at least 50 pounds Flexible work schedule, including Thursday nights, weekends, and holidays What you will get:
