We are looking for an experienced Retirement Planning Financial Adviser to join our team to work with our 4,000+ existing client base, and to lead the development of our Retirement Planning offering. Your role will involve providing comprehensive retirement strategies for our long-term clients that are planning for, or entering into, retirement phase. Many of these clients will have Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF) so a good understanding of SMSF is desirable. You will be a specialist in transition to retirement (TTR) and account-based pensions, the aged pension, and much more. We are in an expansion phase so there is potential to make the role your own and have a direct influence on the future growth and design of the advice department. We expect that within 6 months you will be leading a team of 3 or more advisers. Most of our staff have been with us long term and built their careers through similar opportunities. We are part of a broad-based wealth management business so you will be working closely with our accountants, solicitors, investment managers, finance, and client services teams. Ideally looking to fill the position this year with a start date in early January.
