We have a rare opportunity for a part-time (3 or 4 days per week) Business Support expert to job share in our Newcastle or Sydney office at RPS.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and professional. You will seamlessly support our highly reputable fast-paced project management team. You will play a key role in supporting our NSW teams and making a difference in how we deliver value to our clients.
About The Role
You will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the seamless operation of our Project Management team in NSW. This role combines office administration with project and financial support responsibilities, offering variety and the opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities Support project managers in the financial setup and delivery of projects.Facilitate the preparation and distribution of invoices, reports, and claims.Maintain project data in the Project Management financial system.Manage travel, accommodation, and reception duties.Organise staff and client events, including logistics and catering.Ensure office supplies, equipment, and services are readily available.Provide general administrative support as directed by the General Manager and Project Director.About You 4+ years in a similar Business/Administration support role within a corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe PDF) and project management financial systems.A proactive approach, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent – highly desirable.A professional demeanour, outstanding customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.What's on offer!
