The Engineering and Technology Branch are seeking a Principal Engineer (Asphalt and Surfacings) to provide specialist road surfacing and asphalt engineering related services and advice to facilitate the planning, procurement, design, construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure. You will be responsible for planning, managing and undertaking research and development projects (including projects in the TMR/ARRB National Asset Centre of Excellence (NACoE) program) in order to independently develop, improve and implement road surfacing and asphalt technologies and technical documents. Mandatory Requirements: four-year Washington Accord accredited, Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree - or equivalent which is assessed and accepted by Engineers Australia.
