Women's and Children's Health Network, Women's and Babies Division, Acute and Community Services - North Adelaide, 5006Salary - Classification - RN - L3 - $121,537 to $126,970 pro rataPart time 32 hours per week - Temporary up to 12 months - Maternity leave cover About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Women's and Babies Division, as a Nurse/Midwife and / or Midwife Educator.
This role is responsible for the coordination, planning, development and evaluation of professional development activities, in conjunction with Nurses and/or Midwives and other relevant stakeholders.About You:To be eligible for this role you must be Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Nurse and/or Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) and hold, (or are eligible to hold), a current practicing certificate, with at least 3 years post registration experience.
You will have: Effective Leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.Innovation, creativity and flexibility that can be applied to an education setting within a hospital/health service.Ability to prepare and undertake presentation of a high standard in a range of educational settings to both community and professional groups.Ability to develop, coordinate and deliver education programmes and conduct appropriate evaluation of the programmes.Demonstrated ability to apply relevant education theory to nursing and/or midwifery education and practice.
