Sydney IT & Telecomms Help Desk / Support Iconic Australian finance company Permanent role with excellent rates AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD The roles: We have two critical Leadership roles within our esteemed financial service clients… one to focus on day to day AWS technical leadership, and the other to focus on day to day team management. What you will do: Both roles require expertise in AWS, and both involve working on extremely high profile critical market services and applications. On a daily basis you will need to lead technical support; coordinate support activities; and build the capability of the team. These are really diverse role, and you will be instrumental in monitoring application performance; managing incidents; service requests; problem & change management; resolving issues; implementing improvements, and ensuring high-levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
