Due to an internal promotion and recent growth of GN, we are now seeking to fill the newly created role of Key Accounts Coordinator. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational matters relating to GN's National Key Accounts. You will be responsible for ongoing project management, joint planning activities, and coordinating internal resources to support planning and prioritization of tasks and resources. Working closely with the Systems Analyst, you will develop sales performance and SLA reports, and be responsible for coordinating regular joint operational meetings (taking minutes and following up on actions internally). Additionally, you will support the Key Account Manager with general administrative requirements and the implementation of business development processes, systems, and initiatives. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong planning and project management skills, and the ability to juggle competing priorities. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Marketing will be highly regarded. What's in it for you?
