The successful applicant for this position must have prior sales / shop floor experience, have neat presentation and be able to assist in creating a warm and friendly shopping atmosphere for our customers. The primary purpose of the position is to serve customers, assist to maintain the stock levels on display, assist in ensuring the store is well presented, clean and tidy at all times and to assist in the efficient receiving and storage of incoming goods.What the role involves;General warehouse duties in freezer, ambient and cool room environmentsMaintaining stock levels in Foodmarket and storage areasCleaningServing customersWe are looking for a team player who;Can work flexible hours Monday to SaturdayHas prior experience in a warehouse environmentIs quick on the uptake - to learn where stock is locatedIs numerate and literate, able to work efficiently and meet customer requirements.Gets on well with a wide range of people (both customers and staff)Enjoys being part of a teamIs comfortable with physical activity such as lifting and carrying.
