Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the home is clean, tidy, and organized at all times, including periodic deep cleans.
2. Manage all aspects of household maintenance, including pool, garden, and garage.
3. Oversee laundry, ensuring clothes are well cared for and look amazing.
4. Handle household provisioning, organizing, and some food preparation.
5. Coordinate and supervise tradespeople and other personnel to fix issues from time to time (plumbers, electricians, gardeners, etc.).
6. Weekly shopping at the grocery store.
7. Lifestyle Assistant:
1. Execute our lifestyle vision and manage all home and lifestyle-related tasks.
2. Manage appointments, purchases, travel arrangements, wardrobe, home organization, and events.
3. Maintain inventory and care for household items.
4. Prepare travel accommodations ahead of our arrival.
5. Provide in-trip support, including cleaning, childcare, pet care, and general housekeeping during travels.
6. Must have the ability to travel with us from time to time.
8. Additional Duties:
1. Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards and efficiencies are maintained.
2. Assist with booking and preparing for travel, lifestyle-related bookings, and purchases.
3. Undertake personal assistant duties for the Managing Director.
Skills and Qualifications:
