About you
You are a passionate and inspiring people person, ready to lead your team to success with integrity and care. Our customer is our focus; you will set the store precedent with extraordinary customer service, strong communication, disciplined retail processes, and entrepreneurial sales.
Your responsibilities include:
* Drive sales with your team to achieve targets and KPIs
* Develop, train, and succession plan your team to increase productivity
* Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
* Daily management of stock to minimize stock loss and maximize sales
* Implement visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
* Roster your team in line with the store's trading profile
Experience Required
* Ability to manage and lead a small team
* High standards of customer service delivery
* Strong communication skills
* Enthusiasm and self-motivation
* Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities
