Choox is seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef / Food Consultant to oversee the kitchen operations of our takeaway in Orange, NSW 2800. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, developing innovative menu concepts, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food experiences for our customers. What you'll be doing
1. Manage all day-to-day food operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff supervision.
2. Collaborate with the management team to design and implement creative, seasonal menus & specials.
3. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and cost control.
4. Provide mentorship and training to the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for the culinary department.

1. Must have experience as a Head Chef or in a senior leadership role.
2. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.
