About the Role As a Front of House Supervisor with Latrobe City Council, you will provide guidance and support to all front of house staff in the facility, ensuring completion of their specific duties to maintain a safe working environment. You must have a strong understanding of the emergency evacuation procedure and undertake the role of Chief Warden in an emergency situation. About You You will have experience in leading a team for the provision of high-level customer service. You will also have highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain good working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will need: Experience working in a theatre or entertainment industry environment. A general enthusiasm for the creative arts and basic knowledge of front of house procedures and theatre etiquette. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is desirable.
