We're looking for a young, energetic, and bubbly Sales Associate based in Cairns to help us provide premium customer service and promote our innovative products. As part of the AirBridge team, you'll play a key role in introducing customers to the benefits of Starlink, NBN, and mobile connectivity, all while making every interaction fun and exciting.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Greet customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Build rapport quickly and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customers to explore our range of connectivity solutions. Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Use your knowledge of Starlink, NBN, and mobile connectivity to showcase how these services can enhance customers' lives. Conduct engaging product demos, answer questions, and explain the benefits of each product in a way that is clear and easy to understand. Sales & Consultation: Listen to customer needs and recommend the best Starlink, NBN, or mobile plans to suit their lifestyle. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products where appropriate, helping customers get the most value from their services. Sales Targets: Work to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets. Stay motivated and focused on achieving your goals, while keeping a customer-first mindset. Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups, outstanding service, and personalized recommendations. Provide ongoing support and advice to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Team Collaboration: Work with your colleagues to create a positive, energetic store environment. Share ideas and strategies with your team to improve sales performance and customer experience. Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends in technology and connectivity services, including new Starlink features, NBN offerings, and mobile connectivity options, to provide the best possible advice to customers. What We're Looking For:
A Bubbly and Energetic Personality: You are upbeat, enthusiastic, and love interacting with people. Your positive attitude makes every customer feel welcomed and valued. Sales or Customer Service Experience (Preferred): While sales or retail experience is a plus, we're looking for someone with a passion for technology and a strong desire to help customers. Tech-Savvy: You should have a basic understanding of Starlink, NBN, and mobile connectivity services. If you're not already an expert, don't worry—we'll provide training to help you succeed! Excellent Communication Skills: You're comfortable explaining complex technology in a simple and engaging way, ensuring customers understand the value of the products they are purchasing.
