Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment) Full time This role will support recruitment and Human Resources providing an informed, professional, and valued service for an Australian leader in the engineering, design, manufacturing, and servicing of critical electrical infrastructure. This includes partnering with key leaders to manage Human Resources priorities and delivering outcomes.This is a full time permanent role based in Hendersen, Western Australia.Your role:Partnering with senior and people managers to provide HR policy guidance, including daily HR guidance on employee relations matters. Partnering with hiring managers to identify current and future needs in personnel, leading recruitment activities. Assisting with the evolution of Human Resources procedures, guidelines, and tools including reviewing job descriptions. Overseeing onboarding for new hires. Administration of the Employee Lifecycle HR initiatives, including performance reviews process. About you:Tertiary education in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience in a HR Generalist role in a busy manufacturing/construction related industry/environment. Ability to make considered decisions with maturity and professionalism. Protect confidential information and execute all work professionally and with the highest level of discretion. Work collaboratively with all functions across the business, supporting transparent and open communication. Exhibit service orientation and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fantastic people skills with the ability to prioritize, along with a high level of attention to detail.
