We are currently working with a national services organisation to assist with the recruitment of a Senior Payroll Officer to join their head office based near Moorabbin.

The Role: Reporting to the Director of HR, your responsibilities will include.
Managing end to end payroll ensuring seamless pay cycles for approximately 300 staff nationally across multiple sites.
Preparation of Superannuation, Payroll Tax and PAYG lodgements etc Manual calculations for terminations and long service leave payments Development and maintenance of payroll procedures manual and process checklists Resolve payroll issues and queries, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and external authorities when necessary Identify opportunities for continual process improvements and participate in related projects Assist with potential system implementation Experience required: Previous experience within an end-to-end national Payroll Experience working with multiple EBA's and Awards Ideally experience with system implementation Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
