About the Company:

This company specialises in areas such as mobile device protection, housing solutions, vehicle protection, extended protection plans, and final expense insurance. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned organisation that operates on a global scale. Due to growth, the Service Network Team is looking to add a Service Network Coordinator to their team.
About The Role:
As a Service Network Coordinator, you would be primarily responsible for the service network communication, maintenance and ongoing system management to support business plans within the ANZ region. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
4. Ensure timely maintenance of system configuration as directed.
5. Manage and engage service centres, focusing on Electronics, Computers, and Mobile phone categories.
6. Maintenance of all agreements and ensure network compliance obligations are met.
7. Identify and report any issues or adverse trends.
8. Analyse product and category details to identify potential ACL remedies.
9. Support the roll out of new processes with internal teams.
10. Address day-to-day queries and escalations with service centres.
11. Provide feedback on process improvements for better outcomes and efficiency.
12. Assist the team with various network aspects, including salvage, system setups, and maintenance.
13. Report monthly on key metrics and SLAs for service centres.

About you:
To be successful in this position, you must have:
18. 2-3 years of relevant industry experience.
19. Experience working with technical service providers or industry related business is advantageous.
20. Experience in Customer Service & Retail Environments is advantageous.
21. Computer Literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
22. Excellent Written and Verbal communication.
23. Collaboration with Stakeholders, both internally and externally.
24. Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills.
25. Ability to multitask and perform under fast paced, changing environment.
26. Demonstrated logical thought process and critical thinking ability.
27. Ability to cover diverse areas and be flexible with change and business growth.
