What success looks like in this role:
1. Site Network Infrastructure Support: to enhance the performance and the availability of the local IT infrastructure services by supporting the remote teams accountable for monitoring and running these services through the provision of a local technical resources.
2. Manage Site IT infrastructure availability, which includes but not limited to support of WAN-LAN-Wireless connectivity, Enterprise Voice, within business or non-business hours (as per requirement) based on client standard support model as defined by the client network team.
3. Support network/internet connection circuits (Installations, Management, Audit trail) as defined by the client network team.
4. Network maintenance and troubleshooting (Wired and Wireless) as defined by the client network support team.
5. Maintain EV (Voice Enterprise) gateway devices.
6. Site Incident and Escalation Management: Provide local support for corporate services functions (Service managers, engineers, incident managers) in case of an incidents effecting/impacting local services and infrastructure (i.e., systems network, hardware, cabling, networking connectivity).
7. Leadership Meeting Support: Provide on-site technical support upon request during Executive events (Executive Leadership Team events, All Hands, Exec. Retreat, Worldwide Quarterly Business Unit, Earnings calls, etc.)
8. Local projects delivery: Provide support for local business initiatives, projects and as well as support to land in-scope Global Support technology experiences and investments, including but not limited to physical infrastructure deployment and installations.
9. To create and communicate timely reports and analytics.
10. To document and create new training materials and content
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

You will be successful in this role if you have:
12. High School diploma or GED required.
13. Background investigation is required.
14. 2+ years of experience in network infrastructure support.
15. Must have valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance (if driving required for position).
16. Experience with scheduling and coordinating events
17. Experience with training delivery to end users
18. Proficiency with Windows/Office
19. Quick at learning new technologies
20. Able to prioritize work and multitask
