Hutcheon and PearceIntegrated Solutions Sales Specialist Flexible to be based out of any of our Northern Branches; Dubbo, Warren, Wee Waa, Gunnedah, Tamworth, Quirindi About the Role:Assist in the planning, development and implementation for the department by taking a lead role in developing and executing the GPS and precision ag department’s sales and growth strategy.Responsibilities:
Contribute to integrated solutions elements of the dealership strategy, marketing, employee and customer training plans.
Manage the day-to-day running and ongoing optimisation of the sales functions of the department.
Act as the escalation point for hardware sales related issues and liaising with external providers, e.g. John Deere, Precision Terrain Solutions, Solsteer, Pessl, OEM manufacturers etc. for problem resolution.
Effectively managing workload for field and office based jobs ensuring sufficient capacity levels.
Implement a repeatable ongoing maintenance schedule of Shared Base Stations.
Assist in the scheduling and implementation of customer training sessions ongoing
As the successful applicant you will have:
4+ years experience in an agriculture or John Deere related role
Completed studies in Agronomy, Agriculture Engineering or Business, Information Technology, Automotive Mechanics or similar experience
Experience in Dealership sales, service, training, or other related work experience preferred
Ability to understand advanced repairs and maintenance following Technical Manual procedures
Proficient oral and written communication skills with solid analytical skills
Ability to think strategically and operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to store location and customers
