About You You have previous experience providing exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of patients and stakeholders with professionalism and care. You have experience working in a team environment, as well as independently. You can perform a variety of administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks. Familiar with MS Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases, as it is essential for effective communication and documentation in your role.
