As a key part of the management team, you will ensure the works are undertaken in line with the project and Contract requirements for all aspects of the works, as required by the PM. Share this post Requirements and Qualifications Responsibilities Accountable for technical engineering issues on site Management and development of engineering graduates, trainees and apprentices Coordinating with design teams Producing, maintaining and amending site documents as they change Ensuring compliance onsite against relevant Specifications and other normative documents Production, management and submission of quality documentation Attending pre-start and contract meetings where applicable Liaising with the client / consultant representatives on technical matters Creation and submission of engineering reports for Client, Consultant and stakeholder audiences Contribute to daily and long-term planning from an engineering perspective Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to lead by example, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles Competent in the use of IT functions Ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met Management and leadership skills, with a passion for quality Qualifications and Experience Must have a relevant qualification in Civil, structural or mechanical engineering to HNC or above.
