We encourage people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander background and people with disability to apply.About the RoleProviding support to people with disability living in Chifley, you will have a range of experience across disability support including working in a Group Home/Support Independent Living setting with behaviour support plans, personal care, manual handling, and confidence in driving a wheelchair van.Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team on a permanent part time basis, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living.
