Our client currently is looking for a ICT Support Technician to deliver desktop, technology and communications support and advice to Aqwest staff and provide assistance to the Systems Administrator when required.
In this varied role your responsibilities will include the following:
* Provide first and second level technical assistance and support to end users of Aqwest ICT and OT systems;
* Train employees in the use of applications and assist in set up and decommissioning of all IT and company mobile devices;
* Troubleshooting of ICT Software and Hardware issues;
* Maintaining and re-enforcing good cyber security practices when supporting and maintaining systems.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of ICT & OT support processes and documentation
* Undertake efficient and effective Technology Asset Management practices, including making sure the ICT Asset Register is appropriately maintained
Qualifications Required
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
* Previous relevant experience in a similar role;
* Minimum Certificate III/IV in Information Technology;
* ITIL V4 Foundations Certificate;
* Good communication and customer service skills;
