What can you expect?
A rare opportunity exists within the Group Life and Disability Team to support our Client Executives and Business Development Managers (BDMs). This unique opportunity will see you providing expert advice to colleagues and leading placement and negotiations across Australia. You'll be maintaining close relationships with insurers and analysing quotes from carriers to ensure the best coverage for our clients.

We will count on you to:
5. Work collaboratively with the consulting team to coordinate placement activities
6. Help to develop remarket objectives and placement strategies that meet clients' needs
7. Liaise with insurance providers to ensure accurate and fit-for-client quotations and solutions
8. Present remarket oues to internal stakeholders
9. Staying up-to-date with life insurance industry developments, regulations and changes
Day-to-day this might include:
10. Gather and structure insurance capacity in the most efficient manner to deliver cost-effective placement solutions
11. Analyse data gathered from clients and carriers to produce the best oues
12. Build and maintain client and market relationships at appropriate levels to deliver effectively on placement objectives
13. Support colleagues to reach remarket goals and win new business through placement strategies
14. Apply market knowledge and current market conditions affecting the life insurance industry to provide support and advice during the remarket process
15. Possess and apply a good understanding of Life and Disability Insurance, including technical developments obtained throughpany and industry events
What you need to have:
16. Critical and analytical thinking capability to assess clients' problems/opportunities and an ability to propose solutions
17. Strong ability to analyse and interpret mathematical information
18. Ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders
19. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
20. A strong sense of personal accountability and solid project management skills
21. Experience liaising with clients (internal/external) effectively to help deliver satisfactory oues for clients
22. Excellent businessmunication, negotiation and influential skills
23. Relevant degree is preferable
24. Life and Disability Insurance experience is desirable
