Responsibilities
·Partner with a wider Product team, collate input from stakeholders, prioritize into a roadmap and follow through on execution.
·Establish, lead, and execute on the goal prioritization process for the Connected Buildings Sine Portfolio, in your area of control
·Work with General Management and Product Management to ensure R&D is aligned for the upcoming 3-6 months of work – working with Architecture, Operations, Finance, and other leadership to ensure the Portfolio Train is delivering not just technical but also business results.
·Facilitate and participate in solution design and ideation workshops
·Plan and prioritize product feature backlog for your product
·Clearly articulate the value for customers and the business, on each roadmap item, to the product scrum team.
·Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
·Define feature scope, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories for your product
·Lead the product release cycle and set expectation for delivery of work including breakdown of feature delivery and timeboxing.
·Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release/sprint Goals
·Communicate with customers on the product roadmap and manage customer expectations
Qualifications and Experience
1. A bachelor’s degree (Must Have)
2. A Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (Desirable)
3. 3+ years’ experience in a product focused role within a modern SaaS environment
4. A demonstrated understanding of the software development cycle
5. Strong leadership and communication skills
6. A collaborative mindset
7. A strong empathy with customers and colleagues
8. Proven track record of leading key product areas and driving market adoption in a profitable manner
9. Experience with Agile software development methodologies
10. Result-driven project-management skills for planning and execution
11. A proven ability to influence and persuade within a large team of talented people
