* Base Salary Range: $72,651 - $99,129 p.a
* In addition to base salary, this position attracts Superannuation, Leave Loading, Zone Allowance and once off Incidental Payment (conditions apply), Professional Development Allowance, and Salary Sacrificing Benefits (salary packaging).

Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service
The Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service is a large regional hospital that provides a wide range of services including emergency, general and surgical, maternity, outpatient, and outreach services. The hospital has 58 beds including flex and monitored beds. The Port Augusta Hospital also has chemotherapy services and has a Renal Dialysis Unit and a Paediatric Department, both of which are the largest outside of Adelaide. Our staff work in close partnership with community health services and Aboriginal health providers, to ensure that optimum care is delivered to all areas of the community.

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing and midwifery services within dynamic health service settings. This position offers an exciting pathway for you to grow from a novice practitioner to a proficient professional, enhancing your skills and knowledge through continuous development and hands-on experience. You'll take pride in accepting accountability for your own standards of care while also guiding and supporting others in their practice.
About you:
* Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
* Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)
