This role focuses on supporting sales growth and developing/maintaining client relationships within their designated region (Australia/New Zealand). The role assists the Strategic Director and the project delivery team to grow, strengthen and diversify RWDI business within a geographic region following global company sales processes. They work to expand client relationships and convert project leads to opportunities for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team in the assigned region.The role includes but is not limited to the following within the assigned region:Regional Sales Budget ExecutionIn collaboration with the Strategic Director and the Project Delivery team effectively utilize the approved budget for business development activities within the region to enhance client engagement and grow RWDI business.Activities may include engaging with clients, attending conferences and events, completing and assisting with sales/marketing trips for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team.Monitor and reconcile the regional sales support budget so that all planned activities can take place within the fiscal year.Activities to Enhance Client EngagementDesktop Client Engagement – Scheduling appointments.Research client offices in the region, open the door for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team to discuss RWDI services and value proposition via calls, emails, and online meetings.Sales/Marketing Trips and Virtual Meetings for the Strategic Director and the project delivery team in the Region.Client MaintenanceMonitor proposal activity by client and key relationships within the region to identify clients that might be at risk (i.e., declining business, competitor engagement).Ensure RWDI has consistent touch points with clients.Procurement PursuitsAssist the project delivery team with responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).Multi-Team Bidding Opportunities for RWDI to participate.Update CRM with data on a) and b).Develop marketing materials.Qualifications:Candidates with relevant qualifications and industry experience will be considered.Experience within the Industry and Infrastructure sectors in Australia.Ideally, we are seeking candidates with 2+ years previous experience in business development in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) field or business development of B2B services.Exceptional organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where it is necessary to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing activities.Ability to work flexible hours to meet tight deadlines and accommodate clients and colleagues in varying time zones.Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications, specifically Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.(If you possess 80% of the qualifications listed, please apply since you may have additional skills that would align well with this role)Reports To: Leader – Project DeliveryWhat We Offer:An opportunity to redefine possible.Work with a “Top Employer.”Salary range: AUD61,600 – AUD92,400 per annum.Proactive and ongoing training, education, and learning opportunities.Health and Wellbeing allowance.An abundance of career paths and opportunities to advance.If you’re interested in learning more about our company culture, please visit our LinkedIn Life Page.Thank you in advance for your application.
