The Pile Driving Operator Role will require the ability to operate a range of Piling Machines within our fleet. Primary responsibility will be to drive Pile Sections to required specifications while striving to achieve a production target safely every day.You will also be required to manage a Piling 'Off-sider' who will be working with you as a team.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning daily crew activities for individual tasks and personnel performance management.Co-ordination within Team, to undertake work in an efficient manner to ensure that the construction program is maintained.Minimising QA / Rectification work required to be undertaken on completed Piles through attention to detail and quality workmanship.Maintaining all Piling machines, and other Plant and Equipment to a high standard including daily pre-starts, checks, and minor operational maintenance.Working both individually and with the management team to problem solve constraints.Always ensure safe work practices / follow all HSE recommendations.Previous Experience in Pile Driving, preferably within the Renewable Energy Industry.A Will Do Attitude.Ability to Lead a high-performance team with aggressive project timelines and goals.Strong Work Ethic and time management skills.Strong People and Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with clarity to the Team.Drivers License Required.High Attention to Detail / Understanding of Project Requirements.Qualifications / Working StandardsConstruction Safety White Card / Correct Rights to work in Australia required.Requirement to be Physically fit and able to work in a field-based environment.Pay Package of $50 per Hr plus Accommodation / Transport - 60+ Hours per Week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
