Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to our team of Accountants and financial planners. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with meeting preparations. Handle incoming calls, greet clients, and maintain a professional office environment. Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing tasks. Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects and initiatives. Qualifications:
A strong interest in pursuing a career in management and/or accounting. Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive and adaptable approach to work. Benefits:
