Core Skills and Responsibilities
1. Google Ads Management:
o Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve business goals.
2. Google Analytics 4 Expertise:
o Track website traffic, monitor conversions, and weekly reporting to management on performance using Google Analytics.
3. Search Engine Optimisation:
o Implement on-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance.
4. WordPress Management:
o Manage and maintain website using WordPress (and WooCommerce). Includes all of the content management, keeping the site secure and up-to-date, making adjustments to existing content, adding new products, etc.
5. Data Management:
o Update and import bulk data into WordPress using importing tools and spreadsheets, including use of the WordPress addon “WP All Import”.
6. Attention to Detail:
o Attention to detail and accuracy is an absolutely critical skill to ensure data accuracy and thorough reporting on campaign performance.
Additional Skills
1. Digital Marketing:
o Assist in running and optimising other digital marketing campaigns and cross-channel campaigns, particularly on Facebook and LinkedIn.
2. Content Creation & Content Writing:
o Write, update, and publish content for the website, including articles and product descriptions according to the existing brand voice.
