We work with major industrial, government, transport, mining, resources, and utilities across Australia and New Zealand.With this opportunity as Pre-Sales Engineer, your role will be to support the Sales and Technical teams throughout the sales process, working internally and with our clients to provide design solutions, scope accurate costings of projects and services, while being a critical contributor throughout the tender and proposal lifecycle tailoring our response to customer requirements and reviewing processes for improvement opportunities.This will include:Solution development – Working directly with our clients to develop end-to-end solutions catered to customer needs.Technical Product knowledge – Be a go-to for the sales team to know our technical abilities and limitations for better sales/customer experience.Project and Programme CostingTender response and review – Assist with proposal and development of tender responses by guiding the sales team with accurate costings and technical solutions.Customer Service – Provide technical understanding to our customers with the ability to articulate complex solutions to prospective clients in understandable terms aligned to CSE’s solution.For this role, you will be a highly motivated, results-oriented personality, able to collaborate, innovate, and deliver excellent strategic solutions. You will be seen as a leader in the business with strong acumen and accountability to deliver best-in-industry service.You will also have:Recognised Trade or qualifications in Electronic/Radio Communications (CertIV or Telecommunications - Radio Engineering degree).A proven track record in a related role, working with tenders/proposal submissions in a telco/radio/microwave/wireless environment.A strong history in technical solutions or servicing ideally in a Radio-based field.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and multitask priorities.Advanced communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to customers/clients/vendors and internal management.Technical Knowledge with Radio (DMR, Tetra, P25), Microwave, LTE Networks, CCTV, and wireless networks.In return, CSE Crosscom can offer an excellent opportunity to further your career, with continued growth of our business nationally.
