We know diversity of thought helps us to build better solutions for our customers which is why we encourage the entire GROW team to bring their whole selves to work each and every day.Job DescriptionAs Team Lead, Member Payments at GROW, you will:Support, coach and mentor the Member Payments teamManage workflow to ensure SLA's are metSupport the Head of Administration in delegated tasksProvide input and feedback into business enhancementsSupport any client enquiriesManage business Incident remediationReview and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clientsQualificationsAt GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper. However, to be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for candidates based in Melbourne or Sydney who have:5+ years of experience in superannuation administration across member payments3+ years of leadership experienceExperience with Google Suite or Microsoft SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailGreat problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectivelyAbility to adapt to changeWillingness to challenge the status quoWe value diversity of thought and believe that everyone has the ability to make a difference here at GROW.
