Mental Health Clinician - Child & Youth Mental Health ServicesMental Health Clinician – Child & Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS)Full Time ongoingThe Role:This position is required to undertake mental, social and physical assessments, treatment and deliver continuing care / case coordination for people with serious mental illness in the community as well as providing support, advice and assistance for external agencies.The position is full time (40 hours a week) ongoing position.To be successful in this role, you will have:Approved degree and registration in Nursing, Social Work, Psychology or Occupational TherapyDemonstrated experience, skill and / or knowledge in the provision of direct clinical care to people who have experienced mental illnessDemonstrated knowledge and application of Recovery-based principlesHighly developed verbal and written communication skills including the use of various computer programs such as Excel, Word and client management systemsA commitment to Mental Health & Wellbeing promotion within the communityWorking knowledge of the relevant Mental Health Act and associated regulatory frameworksRelocation assistance:Up to $10,000 incentive payment applies to eligible candidates.
