As our Accounts Payable Team Leader, you’ll oversee a high-performing team that supports accurate, efficient, and timely payments to our providers, partners and vendors. This is a leadership role where operational excellence meets purpose—supporting care delivery through smooth, smart financial processes. What You’ll Do • Supervise day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) function • Lead, support and mentor AP team members to deliver high-quality service • Manage invoice processing, discrepancy resolution and supplier onboarding • Review and approve expense write-offs and investigate complex payment issues • Monitor compliance and risk across AP processes • Lead regular audits of supplier data, transactions and internal controls • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and systems • Deliver month-end reporting and AP performance insights How You’ll Make an Impact • Ensure smooth, accurate financial operations across the business • Uplift team capability, cohesion and ownership • Identify and embed process improvements that reduce errors and rework • Support supplier relationships through timely, consistent payment cycles • Strengthen compliance, governance, and financial control What You’ll Bring You’re a confident and capable finance leader who thrives on building strong teams, solving problems, and improving systems.
