You'll be at the forefront of cutting-edge legal matters, working with a diverse portfolio of clients spanning technology, government services, media, international business, franchising, and emerging industries.
Your role will include: Front-end TMT and commercial technology advisory work.
Advising on data protection, privacy compliance, and cybersecurity.
Managing intellectual property portfolios, including trade mark registration, enforcement, and commercialisation.
Assisting clients with brand development, franchising compliance, and regulatory matters.
Negotiating complex commercial transactions, outsourcing, and IT procurement.
Handling competition and consumer law, trade practices, and cross-border agreements.

& THE LAWYER THEY NEED This opportunity is suited to experienced Lawyers or newly promoted Senior Associates with a strong background in front-end commercial TMT and IP law.
Experience in a mid-tier or top-tier firm, with expertise in technology, data protection, privacy, competition and consumer law, and IP.
Strong commercial acumen, drafting skills, and a passion for emerging legal issues in technology.
A natural ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate within a team.
