About the role
As the Technical Trainer - Components, you'll report to the National Technical Training Manager and lead the development and implementation of Liebherr-certified technical training curriculum tailored for Liebherr employees. Your responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs while ensuring adherence to quality standards and statutory obligations. Duties
1. Delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr components
2. Liaise with local management regarding training requirements, needs and opportunities.
3. Co-ordination with internal customers to deliver required technical training
4. Maintain technical training records and documentation
5. Partake in quality audits and assessments
6. Develop training programs as required
Skills & Experience
About you
7. Have a passion for teaching, curious about future technologies and willingness to learn
8. Experience facilitating technical training and familiar with adult learning methods
9. Ability to identify opportunity/risk, propose solutions and take action
Essential skills and experience
10. Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent trade certificate is essential
11. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 will be highly regarded
12. Previous experience in delivering training highly regarded
13. Current Drivers licence
14. Demonstrated analytical and technical aptitude
15. Sound interpersonal skills
16. Significant industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs.
