As our Admin Assistant, you will provide support to the site Plant Manager and site Management Leadership Team completing the day-to-day administration activities associated with a global manufacturing facility. This role supports key operational functions of general administration of our core function groups Safety, Inventory & Production. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: General administration assistant duties Aiding in report generation and consolidation of key performance indicators Site headcount tracking Effective running of the office, including 5S associated activities Preparing the site for key site visits. Arranging flights and accommodation for Leadership Managers Preparing for key site related functions such as monthly town halls Maintaining annual record retention adherence Facilitation of meetings Expense management Confidentiality Experience Make recommendations to improve overall site performance Observe and abide by relevant policies and procedures. Respond to general enquiries and seek support as the need arises. Who You Are You readily act on challenges, without unnecessary planning. Build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. For This Role, You Will Need: High school diploma, Certificate I or II in Administration or relevant experience.
