Competitive salary + generous incentive scheme As a key member of the Recoveries leadership team, you will play an important role in developing and strengthening our exceptional, market-leading claims offering. Your role will focus on providing strong leadership and strategic direction to a team of Recovery Consultants to ensure the efficient management of NTI's recoveries portfolio through effective recovery activities. Reporting to the National Recoveries Manager, you will manage a team who are based across Australia.Your responsibilities will include: Leading, coaching and motivating a team of recoveries professionals to effectively manage diverse recovery portfolios in a proactive and cost-effective manner that achieves and exceeds targets.Create an environment of quality decision-making, accountability and continuous improvement, whilst ensuring that all compliance, legal and regulatory obligations are met.Develop and maintain communication and relationships with other functional areas of the business to implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with the leadership team.Provide technical coaching, guidance and support to the team, act as an escalation point on complaints, and make recommendations to management in relation to recovery claim matters.Review the effectiveness of the recovery controls and systems regularly, proactively identify and make recommendations of appropriate improvements.Recognise individual achievements and celebrate team wins.What we'll love about you: You will be a successful leader who is naturally analytically minded and able to apply strong problem-solving skills.
