Seeking an HSE Advisor to ensure safety, compliance and enhance health standards on a Major Civil Project!Your new company Our client is a leading civil engineering company in Australia, providing innovative construction services to national and international clients, with an extensive focus on power, mining, water, and infrastructure projects. Your new role As a Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor where you will oversee the implementation of safety protocols, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety standards on a major Civil Earthworks project in South Australia. In this role you will: Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulations. Provide training and support to staff on health and safety practices. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine causes and recommend preventive measures. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of safety activities and compliance. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will have: Certificate IV OHS Certificate IV Training & Assessment Drug and Alcohol Testing Certificate White Card and Drivers' Licence Understanding and working knowledge of relevant legislation and Australian Standards What you'll get in return In return for your success, you will be part of a dynamic team and environment, with the chance to operate at multiple levels and across various disciplines.
